This rate includes the private use of the entire upper floor, which includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchenette, deck and private entrance.

PST (Ontario); 5% tax on accommodation in hotels, motels, etc. for a period of less than one month.
GST (Canada); 6% tax on the supply of most goods and services in Canada.

 * A couple for one night would be:

 $149 + $7.45 (PST) +  $8.94 (GST) = $165.39 CAD,

 * A couple for 3 nights would be:

 $447 + $22.35 (PST) +  $26.82 (GST) = $496.17 CAD,

 * 6 guests for one night would be:

 $229 + $11.45 (PST) +  $13.74 (GST) = $254.19 CAD,
